HR Recruiter (Female) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial screenings of candidates.
2. Updating and maintaining employee records in the HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
3. Providing support in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
4. Assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution as needed.
5. Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives.
6. Researching industry best practices and trends in HR.
7. Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the HR team.
