Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions using job boards and professional networks
2. Communication with candidates and potential recruits
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Update and manage the applicant tracking system to keep candidate information organized and up to date
