About the internship

Are you a talented individual with a passion for recruitment and effective communication? We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team at Growify Digital. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment while working alongside our experienced HR team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
4. Help maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up to date
5. Support with onboarding activities and new hire orientation sessions
6. Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives to improve our recruitment processes and strategies
