As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will assist the HR department in various recruitment activities, helping to source, screen, and engage potential candidates. This role is perfect for MBA graduates or current MBA students with an interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes and application materials to shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills.
3. Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
4. Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
5. Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate database with accurate and current information.
6. Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions, and contribute to recruitment campaigns and job fairs as needed.
7. Administrative Duties: Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, data entry, and organizing recruitment-related documentation.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA degree with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a related field.
