HR Recruiter Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
4. Facilitate candidate assessments, background checks, and reference checks.
5. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
6. Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and offering feedback as needed.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
