Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing, screening and reaching out to the candidates for various positions
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
4. Assist in creating job postings and advertising openings on various platforms
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
6. Assist in drafting offer letters and onboarding new employees
7. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
