About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Review and filter resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions and segregate data.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating with various departments.
7. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager as part of the employment.
