About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
6. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
7. Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions and specifications.
8. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track recruitment processes.
9. Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
11. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

4. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
