Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and social media channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Assist in drafting offer letters and conducting background checks for selected candidates.
5. Help organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1600 per joining).
