About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates on various platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn (self-sourcing), etc.
2. Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication
3. Involve in operations hiring sales & service domain (like bulk hiring)
4. Maintain a database
5. Work on data entry for the daily footfall of the candidates
6. Work on walk-in interviews, screening candidates, and taking telephonic interviews
7. Work on stakeholder management and coordination

Skills & requirements:

1. Passionate about recruitment
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and portals)
