HR Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates. Maintain and update the candidate database.
2. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to match candidates to job requirements. Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video calls.
3. Job Posting and Advertising: Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms. Ensure job postings are accurate and appealing to attract top talent.
4. Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in organizing recruitment drives or events.
