1. Should be able to do recruitment from different sources
2. Prior recruitment understanding will be a plus
3. Should be comfortable using the applicant tracking system
4. Bachelor's or master's degree in HR
5. Experience/Knowledge in the recruitment life cycle
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Good decision making
8. Up to date with market trends in recruitment
9. Attention to details
10. Knowledge to conduct different types of interviews
11. Willing to join as soon as possible
