HR Research Analyst Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research to identify Tier 2 & 3 colleges across India. Analyze and document the ranking of these colleges based on reputable sources (NIRF, etc.).
2. Gather data on student demographics from selected colleges, focusing on family income levels. Understand the fee structure of these institutions and how it impacts students' decision-making and career choices.
3. Investigate the campus recruitment history of the selected colleges. Identify companies and industries that commonly recruit trainers or similar profiles from these institutions.
4. Research the average starting salary for graduates from these colleges, particularly those in relevant fields for the trainer roles. Analyze placement trends, including the percentage of students placed annually and their roles.
5. Compile findings into a structured report. Present the report with relevant data, graphs, and recommendations for recruiting from these colleges.
6. Provide insights based on the research that can help shape the hiring strategy. Recommend specific colleges for recruitment drives or partnerships based on the findings.
