HR Support Sewa Fellowship Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outreach Coordination: Help spread the word about the organization and connect with more potential candidates. Work with external partners to boost social media and media outreach.
2. Word-of-mouth Promotion: Encourage team members to share information and expand outreach efforts.
3. Content Creation: Write and share engaging messages on WhatsApp and Email to connect with the audience.
4. Communication: Interact clearly and effectively with both internal and external teams.
5. Tech Skills: Be comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
6. Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates for the Sewa Fellowship.
7. Interview Coordination: Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates, interviewers, and facilitators.
8. Record Management: Keep track of candidate applications, assignments, and feedback.
9. Bilingual Communication: Communicate with candidates in both English and Hindi, in writing and speaking.
