HR-Walk-in Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinating with candidates and managing interview schedules and feedback.
3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR databases are up to date.
4. Assisting in onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation for new hires.
5. Supporting employee engagement activities and internal events.
6. Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
7. Preparing HR-related reports, including recruitment metrics and attendance records.
8. Conducting research on HR best practices and assisting in the implementation of new initiatives.
9. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
10. Assisting in payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
