About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work to provide support in implementing the employee engagement initiative across the organization by actively participating in various employee development and engagement activities
2. Work to support the functional team in the development and delivery of internal as well as external communication plans and materials
3. Handle the reward & recognition program in the organization
4. Work to ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures
5. Work to be responsible for proper and in-time communications, events and engagement plans
