About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop Job Descriptions: Craft detailed and engaging job descriptions for various positions within the company.
2. Screen Resumes: Review and assess resumes to identify candidates whose skills and experience match the job requirements.
3. Source and Contact Candidates: Utilize job search websites and other platforms to find potential recruits, and reach out to them directly.
4. Facilitate Onboarding: Introduce new hires to the company, guiding them through the hiring process and initial training.
5. Serve as Employee Advocate: Act as a liaison for both new hires and existing employees, addressing their needs and concerns.
6. Handle New-Hire Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks for candidates who meet job expectations.
