Human Resource (Recruitment) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
3. Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
5. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
6. Gather feedback from employees to improve workplace culture.
7. Maintain and organize employee records, both physical and digital.
8. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
9. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
10. Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
11. Prepare training materials and gather feedback for improvement.
12. Help in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
