Human Resources and operations Internship

As a Human Resources and Operations intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the creative field of advertising and brand films. This is a core team role so would love to connect with people who think they can manage a team of 10+ people.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews + with 2 clients
2. Invoicing and management of assets and information of the director and founder
3. Help with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
4. Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks, including inventory management and vendor communication
5. Assist with process improvement projects to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

Bonus points for being a social media scrolling expert.
Huge preference for people who are organized and systematic about their lives (and preferably great at the notion and Google Drive.
