Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site recruitment role at Botspot Infoware Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

1. Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
2. Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
3. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience using recruitment tools and platforms
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
8. Certifications in HR or Recruitment would be a plus
