About the internship
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the hiring process
2. Provide support in end-to-end recruitment activities
3. Source potential candidates from various online channels
4. Draft recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
5. Screen inbound resumes and applications
6. Conduct hygiene interviews (via phone, video and in-person)
7. Arrange for interview logistics
8. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
9. Manage and update databases
10. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites
11. Help in building and updating talent database
12. Assist in HR operations activities including employee engagement etc

Additional Information

We are looking for an HR intern to assist with our end-to-end recruitment cycle. HR intern’s responsibilities will mainly include activities around hiring which should take around 75% of their time including sourcing candidates online, undertaking basic screening, coordinating with all stakeholders, and assisting in HR operations which should take about 25% of their time.
