About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases) to identify and attract potential IT candidates
2. Screening Resumes: Review and screen incoming resumes to determine candidates' qualifications and fit for specific job openings
3. Conducting Initial Interviews: Perform preliminary interviews via phone or video to assess candidates' suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit
4. Coordinating Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and logistics
5. Assisting with Job Descriptions: Collaborate with the HR team to draft and update job descriptions based on hiring needs
