About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing potential candidates from various channels
2. Screening resumes
3. Performing screening interviews with candidates
4. Administering appropriate company assessments
5. Performing reference and background checks
6. Coordinating interviews with the hiring/ HR managers
7. Following up on the interview process status
8. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
9. Helping with on-boarding of the candidates with documentation, etc.
10. Advertising job posts on Social Media
