About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Assisting with employee orientation during the onboarding process
3. Helping with training programs and employee development initiatives
4. Addressing employee queries and distributing company policies
5. Updating employee databases and filing HR documents for record management
6. Gathering payroll data and assisting with payroll-related tasks
7. Preparing HR-related reports and documentation
8. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations
9. Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates
