Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Arranging & conducting interviews/initial screening of the candidates whilst coordinating recruitment processes
2. Reducing the average time taken to fill vacancies and finalizing selection in 5 weeks for each individual position
3. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
4. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement in consultation with the management
5. Engaging with employees to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
6. Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
7. Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers' joining formalities Maintaining and regularly updating the personal database/organogram of each employee
8. Maintaining good relationships with superiors, peers, all subordinates, and employees to tackle various issues
