Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Assist in organizing HR events and training programs to promote employee engagement and development
5. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and organizing HR files
6. Collaborate with team members on special HR projects and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience
7. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Word to create and update various HR documents and reports
