Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support HR team in employee onboarding and orientation processes
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
5. Support HR team in performance management and employee relations initiatives
6. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations using MS-Excel and MS-Office
7. Collaborate with HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
