Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related activities.
2. Maintain and update the employee database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
3. Post job ads on various platforms and assist in candidate sourcing for open positions.
4. Act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
5. Assist in creating and reviewing HR policies, processes, and documents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
6. Support HR managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and preparing HR reports.
8. Provide assistance with employee onboarding and other HR-related initiatives.
9. Stay organized and help HR operations run smoothly to attract, hire, and retain employees.
