Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations and various projects. This role will provide you with exposure to multiple facets of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR-related workshops.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Documentation work - Offer letter, Relieving documents, Internship related documents.
