About the internship
This internship offers a hands-on experience in HR functions, including employee record management, payroll assistance, and general HR activities. The role is flexible, available as either a part-time or full-time position depending on your availability. After a successful two-month internship, there is the potential for a full-time offer.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment:
a. Reach out to potential candidates and conduct initial screenings.
b. Shortlist qualified candidates for further interview rounds.
c. Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and support the offer and onboarding process.
2. HR operations:
a. Maintain and organize employee records and documentation.
b. Assist in managing payroll and related tasks.
c. Handle other HR-related activities and documentation as needed.

1. Available to work in-person, with flexible hours as part-time or full-time.
2. Our timings are 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
3. You have to be good at using excel cause you will be doing that a lot.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
6. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
