About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates
2. Managing and updating employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in the HR database
3. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, setting up workstations, and conducting initial training sessions
4. Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, providing information on company policies and procedures, and escalating issues to senior HR staff as necessary
5. Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls, and supporting various HR projects and initiatives
