About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Focus on identifying and hiring Business Development Interns to support our Story Publication Process.
3. Conduct initial candidate assessments and assist in finalizing selections.
4. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
5. Support onboarding and training for new hires.
6. Maintain HR databases and documentation for all hires.
7. Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per hire).
