About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with business to understand their talent needs and having discussions on relevant domains to hire and attract talent from
2. Source relevant candidates by using databases, social media, head hunting methods, etc.
3. Assess applicants knowledge, soft skills and experience, and aptitudes as per the must-haves shared by the hiring manager
4. Share the screened and validated CVs with the hiring manager and have a discussion on shortlisting
5. Schedule the interviews with the HM and follow up for feedback and follow through on the feedback to redirect the sourcing direction as needed
6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per project).
