Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews to ensure a good candidate experience
2. Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on coordinating the interview process from start to finish to ensure a good stakeholder experience
3. Follow up with hiring managers to ensure that all interview/assessment notes are collated, explaining the importance of the collection of this documentation
4. Assist with other related recruitment duties and input into projects as required
5. Conduct virtual interviews and assessments as per the job requirement
6. Maintain data and prepare reports and dashboards pertaining to candidate information and interview coordination and update
7. Create job posts and check the applicant tracking system daily for new applications; review and share candidate applications with hiring managers on assigned roles

Who we are looking for

1. Bachelor s/Master s in human resource management/organizational psychology or relevant field
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline
4. Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
