Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post job openings on job boards and company websites.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
4. Coordinate interviews and assist with the onboarding process.
5. Maintain and update employee records accurately.
6. Prepare HR documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
7. Assist with benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
8. Handle employee inquiries and concerns effectively.
9. Support the organization of employee engagement and recognition programs.
10. Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
11. Organize and track training programs to ensure effective delivery.
12. Create training materials and presentations.
13. Schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees.
14. Compile and maintain HR data, reports, and metrics.
15. Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of HR records and documents.
