About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on initiatives of inclusion & culture programs
2. Create diversity analytics & compilation of trends
3. Support to create training plans, workshops, events & track the effectiveness
4. Review and understand all the communication platforms, intra & tools used by Airbus globally
5. Work on benchmarking on the parameters for analytics and prepare a model for analysis
6. Bring in a new aspect of visualization of analytics
7. Work closely with the head of I&D to prepare a roadmap
