1. Organize relocation benefits like travel & accommodation booking for new joiners
2. Support HR operations team in BGV initiation for new joiners
3. Connect with the new joiners in collecting documents
4. Support in onboarding activities to build day one experience
5. File documents
6. Follow up on updating missing data from the employee for completion of the employee file
7. Support employee database maintenance
8. Support in drafting fair company policies, implementing inclusion programs, and applying objective hiring procedures
9. Work on all communication for I&D for the company website, social media pages, job descriptions, and internal documents
10. Support diversity networks to ensure all groups have a voice in the organization
11. Create diversity analytics to understand and track performance in the organization including legislative requirements
12. Identify external trends and recognizing best practices that will increase diversity among the workforce
13. Maintain relationships with diversity-related businesses, with the intention of working together and improving your company brand
14. Prepare and build relationships among colleagues through diversity and inclusion training
15. Support in organizing training sessions on diversity and inclusion
