About the internship

WORK FROM OFFICE INTERNSHIP

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Designing and updating job descriptions
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri and IIM jobs, Linkedin)
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, answer queries about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role for a minimum of 6 months (Important)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgment
Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Experience with sourcing techniques

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Human Resource Management
