Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Involve in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
2. Review employment applications
3. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
4. Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
5. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
6. Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
7. Generate monthly updates for the company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
8. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
9. Communicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company's hiring needs and organizational goals
10. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
11. Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
12. Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
