Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gather information about competitor's policy and practices
2. Design the best practices for human resource department
3. Design strategies on employer branding
4. Understand the various companies Intranet platform to incorporate the same in our intranet portal
5. Develop employee engagement strategies
6. Prepare SOP's for human resource department
