Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gather information about competitor's policies and practices
2. Design the best practices for the human resource department
3. Design strategies for employer branding
4. Understand the various companies' intranet platforms to incorporate the same in our intranet portal
5. Develop employee engagement strategies
6. Prepare SOPs for the human resource department
