About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contribute to the development of employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
2. Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, company announcements, and other communications.
3. Assist with the design and execution of training and development programs to foster employee growth and skill-building.
4. Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and files.
5. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for HR initiatives.
6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
