Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
3. Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
5. Participate in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
6. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
7. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
