1. Running all possible engines to go out there in the market and find high-quality talent
2. Working on job posting optimization, recruiting marketing, channel development, job board procurement, digital, and non-digital employment marketing
3. Coordinating with the team to post job opening followed by shortlisting, setting up for interviews
4. Coordinating on various roles and profiles, and managing their arrangements
6. Handling any other projects and responsibilities related to general personnel programs as assigned
7. Building an 'employer brand' and portray an attractive impression in the minds of potential candidates with the aim to attract the best talent in the country
