About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the roles.
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels, including LinkedIn.
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
4. Interview candidates via phone, video, and in person to assess fit.
5. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and strategize accordingly.
8. Act as a consultant to new hires and assist them in onboarding effectively.
