EMO.energy is an innovative startup in battery manufacturing, committed to advancing energy storage technology. We're seeking a proactive HR Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Operations: Manage employee records, support onboarding, and handle HR administrative tasks.
Office Management: Coordinate office events, maintain supplies, and ensure a productive work environment.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with departments, support policy development, and improve employee engagement.
General Support: Help with employee relations, HR projects, and stay updated on
HR best practices.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup.
