Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Support the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to streamline HR operations.
3. Conduct research on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
4. Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR projects and initiatives.
6. Utilize MS-Office tools to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
7. Enhance communication skills by interacting with employees and stakeholders in a professional manner.
