1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments
2. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, including preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating smooth integration into the organization
3. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
4. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and cultural events
5. Provide support in performance management processes, including assisting with goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
6. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, updating HR policies and procedures, and responding to employee inquiries
7. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function
8. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, actively seeking opportunities for learning and professional development
