Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding manpower acquisition from the hiring manager and accordingly drafting a job description and posting
2. Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills through own networking, using social media platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals
3. Screening the candidates
4. Conducting telephonic interviews
5. Coordinating with the respective hiring manager
6. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates
7. Conducting a background verification of the shortlisted candidates
