We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to develop and implement sourcing that will help us recruit talented employees.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates on social networks and various hiring platforms
2. Coordinate and work with clients for their various hiring needs
3. Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
4. Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position s expectations
5. Track key recruiting KPIs, including the time to fill and source of hire
6. Prepare monthly hiring reports for internal consumption
7. Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates
